EXCHANGE POLICIES
for some reason you are not satisfied with your order or purchase, we do offer the flexibility of exchanging hair within 5 business days. Not including applicable shipping costs.
Our return Policy Criteria are the following….
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
Allow 5-8 business days to process and ship your order.
- If shipping address does not match credit/debit card transaction will not be processed (We only ship products to addresses that have been confirmed)
- We only ship Monday-Friday
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
Our Exchange Policy are the following….
- Exchanges must be made within the 5-day policy.
- Hair cannot be altered, colored, or installed.
- Customer will be responsible for shipping fees.
- Customer must send back the product first in order for us to process the exchange.
International Shipping
International Shipments are sometimes more likely to be delayed and must clear with customs first. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country and it is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize yourself with the policies. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments excluding phone orders. There is no refunds or exchanges on international orders. Pink & Pretty Hair is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or incorrectly addressed packages.
